Cut the pork tenderloin into slices, the garlic finely and the spring onions in slanting pieces.

Heat the oil in a stir and add the pork tenderloin, garlic, ginger syrup, lime juice and salt. Stir fry 2 min. And remove from the wok with a slotted spoon.

Put the sugarsnaps with the rest of the ginger syrup and the rest of the lime juice in the stir-fry stir-fry for 4 minutes on low heat.

Add the pork tenderloin, tomatoes and pineapple and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Prepare the rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging. Scoop the spring onion through the pork tenderloin and serve with the rice.
