Directions

  1. Rub the chicken breasts around with 1 tablespoon of the oil and chicken herbs and fry in about 15 minutes until well done and browned.

  4. Divide the pieces of fruit over a flat dish.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet into equal slices and arrange it over the fruit. Drop the mint dressing over it and serve immediately.
