Chicken fillet with watercress sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (a ca. 150 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, butter, watercress (75 g), whipped cream and horseradish (pot).

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan and cook chicken breasts over medium-high heat in about 10 minutes until tender and brown.
  3. Remove coarse twigs from watercress.
  4. In a food processor, whisk together watercress with whipped cream and horseradish until smooth sauce.
  5. Stir gently in a saucepan while stirring until the thickness is good.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cut chicken fillets diagonally and lay them on four plates.
  8. Watercress Sauce and create next to it.
  9. Serve with green pasta and a Christmas salad..
