                            Chicken fillet with watercress sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (a ca. 150 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, butter, watercress (75 g), whipped cream and horseradish (pot).

                                Sprinkle chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Heat butter in frying pan and cook chicken breasts over medium-high heat in about 10 minutes until tender and brown.
 - 
                                Remove coarse twigs from watercress.
 - 
                                In a food processor, whisk together watercress with whipped cream and horseradish until smooth sauce.
 - 
                                Stir gently in a saucepan while stirring until the thickness is good.
 - 
                                Season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Cut chicken fillets diagonally and lay them on four plates.
 - 
                                Watercress Sauce and create next to it.
 - 
                                Serve with green pasta and a Christmas salad..
