Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 gram butter
- 5 shallot in rings
- 400 milliliters White wine
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced meat
- 2 tablespoon celeriac minced meat
- 1 tablespoon chervil minced meat
- 1 tablespoon chives minced meat
- 125 milliliters creme fraiche
- 1 egg yolk

Directions

Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and butter and fry the chicken around light brown.

Add the shallots and fry them. Pour in the wine and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the green herbs. Stir in the crème fraîche, egg yolk and 4 tablespoons of casserole. Pour this mixture into the cooking liquid, stir and heat without cooking.

Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with potatoes and carrots.
