Pointed cabbage with chicken, sesame, garlic, ginger and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan with non-stick coating in 2 min. Golden brown. Change them regularly. Let them cool.
  2. Cut the coals into pieces. Cook the coals in water for 1 min and drain. Peel the ginger and finely chop together with the garlic.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger for 1 min.
  4. Add the sesame oil and the coals and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid. Cut the chicken into strips and mix with the cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the chicken in 4 minutes, stirring until cooked.
  7. Add the oyster sauce and continue to warm. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.
  8. Sprinkle with the spring onions. Serve the chicken on the coals and garnish with the sesame seeds.
