Italian potato dish with sausages
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sun-dried tomatoes ((a 100 g), in strips), olive oil, onion (finely chopped), tomatoes (in pieces), potato slices (700 g), mozzarella ((125 g), sliced ), oregano (jar 10 g) and beef chipolata (300 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Do the sun-dried tomatoes for 5 minutes in 100 ml of warm water. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring fruit the onion 1 min. Add the fresh tomato and cook for 4-5 min.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes with the soaking water to the baked tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sun-dried tomatoes are soft and the moisture has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon half of the tomato into the greased oven dish. Divide half of the potato slices. Make another layer with the rest of the tomato and the rest of the potato slices. Place the mozzarella on top and sprinkle with the oregano, pepper and salt. Fry the potato dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef chipolata in 5 min. Brown and done. Serve with the Italian potato dish.
