Sauerkraut with vegetarian balls
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (crispy, peeled), sauerkraut ((500 g), drained), apple juice, butter, vegetarian balls (a 210 g) and chives (finely chopped).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 20 minutes.

Boil the sauerkraut with the apple juice for 20 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, heat 15 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the vegetarian balls in 5 minutes around brown.

Stamp the potatoes coarsely with the puree masher, spread them over 4 plates and let the rest of the butter melt over them.

Spoon a little of the sauerkraut moisture over it and sprinkle with the chives.

Drain the sauerkraut and scoop it next to the potatoes.

Divide the vegetarian balls over the plates and serve immediately..
