Omelet with french vegetables and cheese


A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, Port Salut red crust cheese 50, traditional olive oil, barbecue minicrock and medium-sized egg.

Directions

  1. Chop the onions, cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut the cheese into 8 slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for 8 minutes. Scoop the onion, wok vegetables and tomato and fry the vegetables in 4-6 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs with the milk and pepper and salt. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and fry an omelet of 1/4 of the egg mixture. Bake three omelettes.
  5. Divide the omelettes over plates and scoop the vegetables. Divide the slices of cheese over them and fold the omelette double. Stick with a stick.
