Mix the flour, yoghurt and salt and knead into a cohesive dough.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece on a floured sheet into a pizza base with a diameter of 18 cm.

Heat 2 frying pans with 1 tablespoons of oil from the jar of white cheese cubes and fry the pizza crusts in 2 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Repeat with the rest of the pizza bases.

For the carrot salad mix the carrot, salad mix, elite oat and lemon oil and season with salt and pepper.

Brush the pizza bases with the vegetable spread. Divide the rocket and cheese cubes over it.

Serve with the carrot salad. Yummy! .
