Farfalle with chicken and mushrooms

Cook the farfalle according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut into strips.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.

Heat the margarine in a wok and fry the chicken around brown.

Add the chicory and mushroom stir-fry mix and stir fry 2 minutes on high heat. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

Boil the milk and add the cream cheese while stirring.

Stir in the flour with a little water and add to the warm cream cheese mixture. Boil the sauce for 2 minutes.

Mix the sauce through the farfalle and spread over the plates. Divide the chicken mixture over it.
