Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.
-
Crumble the bread in the food processor and mix it with the eggs and tapenade through the mince.
-
Cut the olives into slices. Mix the herbs, olives, pepper and salt with the minced meat. Press the garlic above it.
-
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the mince on it. Form a "loaf" of the minced meat.
-
Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the meatloaf in about 1 hour brown and done. Dip away the grease in between with kitchen paper.
-
Meanwhile, cut the onion.
-
Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Mix in tomato sauce and the tapenade. Cook the sauce for 2 more minutes.
-
Remove the meatloaf from the oven, let it rest and cut into slices.
-
Divide the slices over the plates and pour the tomato sauce over it.
