Salmon cookies with dill cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, green beans, red salmon (a 213 g), white bread, egg, dried dill, butter, mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g) and crème fraîche (200 ml).

Cleaning green beans.

Drain the fish and remove the skin and the bone.

Unravel the bread and crumble the rest.

Eat the egg and mix with bread, salmon, 3/4 of dill and salt and pepper.

Form 8 flat discs from mixture.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Cook slices in 5 min.

Until done until they are golden brown, turn halfway.

Keep warm discs.

Boil the beans in 7 minutes.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Heat the crème fraiche in the saucepan.

Add the rest of dill, salt and pepper.

Serve salmon cookies with sauce, puree and green beans..
