Steak de boeuf with French stir-fry vegetables


Grilled steak de boeuf with Provençal herbs, white rice, crispy stir-fried vegetables and garlic-creme fraîche.

Directions

  1. Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Add the rice and salt if the water is boiling.
  2. Cook with the lid on the pan over low heat for 8 minutes until done. Drain and leave covered until used.
  3. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the stir-fry vegetable for 8 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  4. Crumble the bouillon tablet over it and add the crème fraîche and the water. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the oil with the Provençal herbs and possibly salt and brush the steaks with the boeuf.
  6. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the steaks for 8-10 min. Turn halfway.
  7. Meanwhile, clean the garlic and press the garlic over the crème fraîche. Mix through and season with pepper and salt.
  8. Divide the rice over deep plates. Spoon the vegetables. Cut the meat into strips and spread over it. Serve the crème fraîche with garlic separately.
