Short-in-the-kitchen spaghetti bolognese


Classic spaghetti bolognese with onion, celery, ground beef and of course tomato sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the celery, wash and cut into pieces. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and celery in approx. 3 min. Add the minced meat and fry in approx. Min. Season with Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and warm for about 3 minutes. Serve the spaghetti with the bolognese sauce.
