Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the bacon bars for 4-5 minutes.

Bake the peppers and ¾ of the leeks for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the caster sugar and cook for 1 minute. Spoon the corn, ketchup, sambal and ketjapmarinade and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle before serving with the rest of the leeks. Delicious with white rice.
