Salad with fried chicken and raspberries


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, raspberries (frozen, 300 g), chicken fillet (about 350 g), oil, vinegar, sugar, cabbage lettuce, apple, rucola salad (75 g) and brown pistachios.

Directions

  1. Thaw raspberries according to the instructions for use.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and chicken breast in 10 min.
  4. Brown and cooked through.
  5. Raspberries 100 g of raspberries and stir together with the rest of oil and 1 t of vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper dressing.
  6. Clean the lettuce, tear the leaves in large pieces, wash them and let them drain well.
  7. Wash the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into pieces.
  8. Cut chicken into slices.
  9. Mix lettuce with rocket, apple and dressing and divide into four plates.
  10. Garnish with chicken and rest of raspberries.
  11. Serving with pistolets..
