Salmon skewers with wok rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, salmon fillets ((2 boxes a 2 pieces, frozen), thawed and diced), (wok) oil, Mexican (wok vegetables (750 g, frozen)) and wok sauce (Szechuan ( vial 200 ml)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Thread the salmon fillet onto the skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat in a wok2 tbsp oil and fry the frozen vegetables for 5 minutes until they are al dente and the moisture has evaporated. Fry the rice for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon skewers in 4 min. Brown and just tender on the inside. Times regularly.

Season the rice-vegetable mixture with the wok sauce. Divide over 4 plates and place the salmon skewers. Tasty with a lime wedge.
