Salmon skewers with wok rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, salmon fillets ((2 boxes a 2 pieces, frozen), thawed and diced), (wok) oil, Mexican (wok vegetables (750 g, frozen)) and wok sauce (Szechuan ( vial 200 ml)).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Thread the salmon fillet onto the skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat in a wok2 tbsp oil and fry the frozen vegetables for 5 minutes until they are al dente and the moisture has evaporated. Fry the rice for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon skewers in 4 min. Brown and just tender on the inside. Times regularly.
  4. Season the rice-vegetable mixture with the wok sauce. Divide over 4 plates and place the salmon skewers. Tasty with a lime wedge.
