Veal entrecote and avocado salsa


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, lime juice, avocado, tomatoes, shallots (finely chopped), fresh mint leaves (finely chopped), veal entrecotes (at room temperature) and oakleaf lamellae (100 g).

Directions

  1. Beat a dressing of half the olive oil, the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Peel and halve the avocado, remove the kernel.
  3. Cut the avocado meat into small cubes.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes as well.
  5. For the salsa, mix the avocado and tomato in a bowl with the shallot, fresh mint and half of the dressing.
  6. Brush the entrecotes with the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  7. Heat a (grill) pan over high heat and fry the meat in 2-3 minutes per side of rosé.
  8. Divide the lettuce over four plates and drizzle with the remaining dressing.
  9. Place the veal entrecotes next to the salad and spoon an avocado salsa spoon over the meat.
  10. Add the rest of the salsa separately..
