Lukewarm saffron rice salad with crayfish


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Risotto alla Milanese (165 g), surimi flakes (125 g), stoneleeks (about 8 pieces), grilled peppers (200 g), lemon juice, rocket (30 g), crayfish (125 g) and mixed oak leaf lettuce (with 100 g of rocket).

Directions

  1. Prepare saffron risotto according to instructions.
  2. Surimi cut slightly smaller.
  3. Cut the stoneleeks into 1 cm pieces.
  4. Spread peppers from the top of the bowl and cut into pieces.
  5. Pepper dessert with lemon juice to beat dressing.
  6. Create risotto, stoneleeks, arugula, peppers, surimi and half of crayfish.
  7. Spread oak leaf lettuce over two or three wide bowls.
  8. Create rice salad.
  9. Divide the rest of crayfish..
