Tacocones with black bean chilli, cheddar and guacamole

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Put the beans and corn in a colander, rinse and drain.

Add the beans and corn to the onion. Add the salsa dip and continue to heat for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Grate the cheddar. Fill the tacocones with the black bean chilli and sprinkle with the cheese. Place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Bake the stuffed tacocones in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the guacamole according to the instructions on the package.

Take the tacocones out of the oven. Spoon some guacamole and crème fraîche on each cone. Serve immediately. Give the rest guacamole separately.
