Kibbeling with mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh parsley (a 30 g), dijonnaise (pot a 210 g), capers, potato slices (frozen, a 450 g), olive oil, kibbeling (about 500 g), garden peas extra fine ( freezer, 450 g) and oil for frying.

Fritter oil.

Parsley finely chop.

Mix Dyonnaise with capers and parsley.

Bake potato slices according to instructions.

Heat oil in frying pan and heat up kibbling in approx.

5 minutes.

Garden peas cook for about 2 minutes.

Serve with potatoes, garden peas and mustard sauce..
