Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes with salt in 15-20 minutes until done. Add the broccoli to the potatoes for the last 7 minutes and cook them.
  2. Sprinkle the goat cheese with a little pepper and fold the bacon around it. Fry the cheese packets in the olive oil in 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Drain the potatoes and broccoli. Stamp them with the crème fraîche, salt and pepper into a coarse stew.
  4. Serve with the goat cheese package with a little bit of honey dripped.
