Stir-fried miehoen with tuna


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sesame seed (100g bowl), miehoen (250g), fresh ginger ((bag 150g), peeled), red pepper (seed strips removed), sunflower oil, garlic (in thin slices), winter carrot (in slices), red onions (in rings), soy sauce, shiitake ((100 g), sliced), tuna steak (line caught), coriander ((15 g) and coarsely cut).

Directions

  1. Roast half of the sesame seed in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Prepare the noodle according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the ginger as finely as possible. Cut the red pepper into strips. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger, red pepper and garlic 1 min. Add the carrot, onion and soy sauce and stir fry 2 min. Add the shiitake and stir fry for another 3 min. Add the noodle and stir fry 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly extra soy sauce.
  3. Heat the grill pan. Brush the tuna thinly with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with the unroasted sesame seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Gril 4 min. Halfway. Remove from the pan and cut into slices. Divide the fried noodles over 4 bowls and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and coriander. Put the tuna on it. Tasty with a lime wedge.
