Remove the shrimps from the freezer and defrost them in a bowl of warm water. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Beat the eggs. Season them with salt and pepper and scoop eggs in a frying pan with a tablespoon of sunflower oil.

Then add the remaining sunflower oil in a warm frying pan, add the pressed garlic and cook for one minute. Put the onion vegetables in the pan and fry for about three minutes.

When the vegetables are glassy, add the king prawns. Bake until they are pretty pink.

Spoon the rice with the vegetables and prawns and stir in the peas and scrambled eggs. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil. Finish with chopped parsley and serve with fried onions and finely chopped spring onions.
