Japanese wok dish with salmon


Japanese wool dish with garlic, ginger, salmon and wok vegetables, served with noodles. Delicious one-pot dish and perfect for a summer evening.

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic. Heat the stir frying oil in a stirring fruit until the garlic and ginger start to smell.
  2. Cut the salmon into pieces. Add the salmon cubes and fry them lightly brown and just cooked in 3-5 minutes, gently shoving them.
  3. Put them on a plate.
  4. Spoon the vegetables through the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry them for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the water, the wok noodles and the sauce from the pan of wok vegetables and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Divide the contents of the dish over deep plates. Put the salmon cubes on it. Tasty with carrot salad.
