Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the golden on a medium heat in 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the rice for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the cucumbers into slanted, thin slices. Divide the rice over deep bowls.
  4. Put the cucumber, soybeans, raw vegetables and salmon in components. Sprinkle the salad with the panko.
