Sushi salad with cucumber and panko
Salad with rice, cucumber, soybeans, salmon, and sesame oil.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the golden on a medium heat in 5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the rice for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the cucumbers into slanted, thin slices. Divide the rice over deep bowls.
Put the cucumber, soybeans, raw vegetables and salmon in components. Sprinkle the salad with the panko.
