Fish finches with thyme balls and zucchini


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, mini-jars (450 g), zucchini (diced), dried thyme, redfish fillet (a 200 g) and smoked bacon (meat products).

Directions

  1. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan or wok, bake for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Spoil occasionally.
  3. Zucchini and thyme by potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut fish fillets into 6 even pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Wrap bacon around fish.
  6. Heat residual oil in frying pan.
  7. Bake fish in approx.
  8. 5 minutes, turning halfway.
  9. Distribute the linseed mixture over plates, place fish on it..
