Pappardelle with green asparagus and ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green asparagus, extra virgin olive oil, diced vegetables ((250 g), halved), pine nuts (65 g), fresh lasagna (a 250 g, chilled), ham (meat products), in strips ), rocket (75 g) and Parmesan cheese.

Remove the woody underside of the asparagus. Heat the grill pan. Brush the asparagus with 2 tbsp oil and grill in brown for 6 min. Grill the to 1 min. On the cutting edge.

Roast the pine nuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan without butter or oil. Let cool on a plate.

Meanwhile cut the lasagne sheets into strips of 2 cm wide and cook the pasta in 4 minutes until al dente.

Cut the asparagus into pieces. Mix them together with the to, ham, arugula and 3 tbsp oil through the pasta. Scrape the Parmesan cheese over it.
