Sandwich salmon with spice mayonnaise

Directions

Finely chop the chives and stir in the mayonnaise together with the horseradish.

Cut the cucumber into 4 equal pieces and cut into thin slices with a cheese slicer.

Remove the leaves from the head of lettuce. Roast the slices of bread in the toaster and brush on one side with the spice mayonnaise.

Spread 4 slices on the mayonnaise side in succession with lettuce, salmon and cucumber.

Cover with the other 4 slices with the mayonnaise side down.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half and stick with a tapas stick. Serve with the chips.
