Sandwich salmon with spice mayonnaise


Toasted bread with cucumber, lettuce, salmon and mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Finely chop the chives and stir in the mayonnaise together with the horseradish.
  2. Cut the cucumber into 4 equal pieces and cut into thin slices with a cheese slicer.
  3. Remove the leaves from the head of lettuce. Roast the slices of bread in the toaster and brush on one side with the spice mayonnaise.
  4. Spread 4 slices on the mayonnaise side in succession with lettuce, salmon and cucumber.
  5. Cover with the other 4 slices with the mayonnaise side down.
  6. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half and stick with a tapas stick. Serve with the chips.
