Rucola salad with salmon from the oven
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, meat tomato, salmon fillet (a ca. 250 g), herb butter (a 100 g), cherry tomatoes (250 g), rucola salad mix (a 75 g), fresh honey mustard dressing (100 g) and baguette.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Wash tomato and cut into 4 thick slices.

Divide salmon into 4 equal pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in oven dish.

Distribute tomato and herb butter over salmon.

Season the salmon in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Cherryto wash and halve.

Lettuce, tomatoes and dressing together.

Serve salmon with lettuce and baguette..
