Red cabbage with apple and sausages

A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, ground cinnamon, apple (freshly soured (eg Granny Smith), peeled), red cabbage (coarsely grated), powdered sugar, red wine vinegar, roasted beef (750 g) and seasoned sausages (270 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Grease the oven dish with the butter. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Cut the apple into pieces and remove the core. Cut the apple into small cubes and mix with the red cabbage in a bowl.
  2. Stir the icing sugar through the vinegar and mix through the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Divide this mixture over the scale. Divide the roast rolls over them and place the sausages on them. Put in the oven for about 40 minutes. Turn the sausages after 20 min.
