Salmon tikka with nut couscous
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli (in small florets), couscous (500 g, organic), elite oat (nuts-raisin mix, a 200 g), olive oil, tikka masala paste (80 g), salmon fillet ((bag of 750 g, frozen) and thawed).

Light the barbecue. Prick holes in the grill tray. Boil the broccoli in water with salt in approx. 4 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Stir the grains with a fork. Scoop the broccoli and elite oats through and season to taste with 2 tbsp oil and pepper and salt.

Stir in the tikka masala paste with the rest of the oil and brush the salmon fillets with it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the grill bowl and roast them on the hot barbecue for 6-8 minutes until done. Divide the couscous and salmon fillets over 4 plates. Tasty with finely chopped mint.
