Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and let them drain.
  2. Remove the hard veins from the cabbage leaves and cut the coals into strips of 2½ cm.
  3. Cut the carrots into slant slices of ½ cm. Slice the garlic.
  4. Mix the chicken, curry, oil, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  5. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces of the kernel. Thread the mango and chicken alternately over the satay sticks.
  6. Heat the grill pan and grill the mango chicken skewers for 10 minutes. Times regularly.
