Thai prawns with haricots verts
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh ginger (pouch 150 g), peeled), red pepper, lime (scrubbed), garlic (finely chopped), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), soy sauce, Thai fish sauce, sugar, king prawns ( (500 g, frozen), thawed), haricots verts (a 150 g) and Chinese egg noodles (250 g).

Grate the ginger and put in a bowl. Cut the stalk of the pepper. Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Add 2 tbsp juice, grater, pepper, garlic, oil, soy and fish sauce and sugar to the ginger. Pel the shrimp, remove the intestinal tract. Add to the marinade. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Boil the haricots for 7 minutes. Boil the noodles for the last 2 minutes. Heat a stirring stir-fry the prawns with marinade in 5 min. Pink and done. Drain the noodles and haricot verts and spread over 4 bowls. Divide the shrimp with the marinade over it.
