Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Boil or stir-fry the vegetables as desired al dente. Let the vegetables cool down and mix with salt, pepper, fresh herbs and / or grated cheese.
Meanwhile, let the filo pastry thaw in the package. Place a sheet of dough on the work surface and brush with melted butter. Put a sheet of dough on it and repeat it to the last sheet.
Divide the vegetables over the middle of the dough and fold the dough loosely over it. Brush the dough with butter and fry the strudel in the oven for about 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
