A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: broccoli, fresh tagliatelle (pasta), MonChou Pan and Oven (200 g), fresh basil (15 g) and almond shavings (45 g).

Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the stalk into pieces.
  2. Fry water and boil in a pan with a base of water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Keep a few roses apart.
  4. In the pan, bring plenty of water to the boil with salt.
  5. Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.
  6. Fry fresh cream cheese and basil in broccoli, pan for about 2 minutes and coarsely mix with hand blender.
  7. Almond shavings roasted golden brown in a dry frying pan.
  8. Spread pasta over four plates.
  9. Broccoli puree over pasta shoveling, garnish with withheld broccoli florets and almond shavings..
