Sweet and sour mussel dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild and white rice, sunflower oil, lean bacon strips (a ca. 250 g), cooked mussels (about 250 g), Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), half apricots in nectar (420 g) , wok essentials sweet and sour (sauce and a 240 ml).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Heat in wok oil.

Bacon strips stir for about 3 minutes.

Add mussels and vegetable mix and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

Let apricots drain.
