A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild and white rice, sunflower oil, lean bacon strips (a ca. 250 g), cooked mussels (about 250 g), Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), half apricots in nectar (420 g) , wok essentials sweet and sour (sauce and a 240 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Heat in wok oil.
  3. Bacon strips stir for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add mussels and vegetable mix and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
  5. Let apricots drain.
  6. Add apricots and sauce.
  7. Heat for approx.
  8. 1 minute.
  9. Serving rice with a mussel dish..
