Croatian rizot with mussels
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onions (chopped), risotto rice (pack 500 g), chicken broth (from tablet), sieved tomatoes (passata di pomodoro, 500 g), mussels ((bag 450 g, frozen), thawed), lettuce, basil ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fruit 1 onion 3 min. Add the rice and stir fry 1 min. Until the grains are translucent. Add 250 ml of stock and stir until it is absorbed by the rice. Add the rest of the stock and stir until it is again absorbed by the rice. Add the tomatoes and mussels. Cook over low heat for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, tear the lettuce leaves into pieces. Divide the lettuce with the other onion on a dish. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp basil leaves and drizzle with 3 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the rest of the basil and season with salt and pepper through the rice. Serve the rice with the salad.
