Cantonese chicken


Oriental dish with chicken, garlic, onion, red pepper, green beans, wok sauce five spice and Chinese egg noodles.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken in 2 min. Golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic and the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut into thin strips.
  6. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Add the green beans together with the pepper and the wok sauce.
  7. Pour in the water and simmer for about 8 minutes with the lid half on the pan over low heat until the green beans are al dente.
  8. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain, spread over bowls and scoop the Cantonese chicken on it.
