Veal ragout with cheese
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking rice, mini carrots (a 300 g), veal ragout (a 400 g), white wine, crème fraîche, Formaggio da Pasta (coarsely grated 100 g), spring onions, salt and pepper and sugar.
Cook rice according to instructions.
Cook the carrots for approx.
Heat the Ragout according to the instructions.
Mix wine, crème fraîche and cheese with ragout and co-heat until cheese is melted.
Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
Cut half of the spring onions by ragout.
Season the carrots with salt, pepper and sugar.
Dress the ragout with the rest of the spring onions and serve with rice and carrots..
