Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Put the chickpeas in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Mix the chickpeas with the cajun spices, olive oil and possibly salt.

Spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper and rack in the oven in approx. 30 min. Golden brown and crunchy. Scoop occasionally.
