Peel the potatoes and winter carrots and grate in the food processor or with a hand grater. Squeeze the garlic, chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.

Put the potatoes, winter carrot, garlic, onion and parsley in a bowl, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 frying pans and distribute the oil. Spoon half of the mixture into equal quantities in the pan.

Press a little flat into biscuits and fry until golden on a medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Turn halfway.

Bake the rest of the cookies. Serve warm.
