Chicory fritters
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: chicory, flour, egg (M) (split (protein is not used)), salt, pepper and oil for frying.

Chicory wash, clean and pat dry.

Cut chicory leaves one by one.
