Chicory fritters


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: chicory, flour, egg (M) (split (protein is not used)), salt, pepper and oil for frying.

Directions

  1. Chicory wash, clean and pat dry.
  2. Cut chicory leaves one by one.
  3. Fritter oil to about 170 ° C.
