Cut the bottom of the chicory, halve the praise lengthwise and remove the hard core. Cut the chicory into pieces of ½ cm.

Peel half of the oranges, remove the wedges and cut into pieces. Press the other half of the oranges.

Clean the unpeeled apples and cut them into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into thin sections. Put in a bowl.

Pour the ginger syrup over it. Mix in the chicory and sprinkle with the pecans.
