Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a soup pot and fry the onion and garlic without coloring.
  2. Lay 1 stalk of chicory separately and cut the rest into pieces. Add the chopped chicory and the potato with the paprika powder to the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Do not roast the ham too close to the oven grill or crispy in the grill pan. Puree the soup.
  5. Cut the stalk of praise into narrow strips. Heat them with the cream and mix through the soup.
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve the soup sprinkled with chives and put the ham in it.
  7. Tasty with toasted white bread.
