Chicory stew with smoked salmon


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (peeled and chopped), chicory, butter, crème fraîche (125 ml), smoked salmon cubes (a 100 g), fresh dill ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pan with little water and salt in 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the underside of the stalk chicory, cut the stumps into rings and remove the hard cores.
  3. Heat the butter in a wok and fry the chicory in 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes; Collect part of the cooking liquid.
  5. Crush the potatoes in the pan with the crème fraîche and, if necessary, some cooking water to a smooth puree.
  6. Mix with chicory, salmon and dill.
  7. Season the stew with (freshly ground) salt and pepper and warm for a while..
