Chicory stew with smoked salmon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (peeled and chopped), chicory, butter, crème fraîche (125 ml), smoked salmon cubes (a 100 g), fresh dill ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Boil the potatoes in a pan with little water and salt in 20 minutes.

Remove the underside of the stalk chicory, cut the stumps into rings and remove the hard cores.

Heat the butter in a wok and fry the chicory in 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes; Collect part of the cooking liquid.

Crush the potatoes in the pan with the crème fraîche and, if necessary, some cooking water to a smooth puree.

Mix with chicory, salmon and dill.

Season the stew with (freshly ground) salt and pepper and warm for a while..
