Chicory with shrimp salad


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, chicory, mayonnaise, Japanese soy sauce, dried chilli pepper from mill, lemon juice, apple (eg Granny Smith), Dutch shrimp and fresh chives (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Remove 8 leaves from each stalk.
  2. Wash them, pat dry and spread over 6 plates.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and the soy sauce in a bowl.
  4. Season with chilli and lemon juice.
  5. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into cubes as small as possible.
  6. Mix the apple, shrimp and chives through the sauce.
  7. Fill the leaves chicory with the salad.
  8. Tasty with baguette..
