Mix the cider vinegar or white wine vinegar with the red pepper, the cumin powder (djinten) and salt. Beat the peanut or sunflower oil gradually.

Stir in the finely chopped coriander just before use. Delicious with Mexican dishes with beans or corn, chicken and white fish.
