Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seed in a pan without oil or butter in 2 min.
  2. Golden brown.
  3. Let cool on a plate.
  4. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.
  5. Make a dressing of the soy sauce, oil, lime zest and juice in a bowl.
