Soak the bread for the almond sauce in the milk. Puree this mixture with the almonds and garlic.

Pour the olive oil and lemon juice in a stream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and set aside the sauce.

Boil or steam the green beans for 12-14 minutes.

Scoop the olive oil and half of the feta through. Sprinkle the beans with the lemon zest, parsley and the rest of the feta.

Serve with the almond sauce. Delicious with an omelette, pork chop or meatball.
